Bleeding/Spotting 9 Weeks Pregnant?

I will be 10 weeks pregnant tomorrow according to my LMP. I had a scan when I was meant to be 7 weeks 5 days, but scan showed baby was measuring 5 weeks 4 which worried me a little bit. I worked out from my LMP that my due date is 15th January but my doctor gave me 17th January. Apart from that everything was fine. On wednesday night where I was 9 weeks 3 days I noticed a very small amount of brown bleeding but only when I wiped. I went hospital thursday and they booked me a appointment for a scan on monday. Then thursday night I had 3 small brown clots of blood.. they was sort of stringy (SORRY TMI) then friday I had hardly anything most of the day but after i had a bath in evening i noticed a small amount of red blood which only lasted 10 minutes then turned brown again straight after. today ive had just brown when i wipe and its really only spotting. all the bleeding ive had (red and brown) has been not much when i think about it, nowhere near as much as a period. i have had a miscarriage before at 6 weeks pregnant and it was heavy bleeding and abit of pain for 5 days. im just very worried still, ive convinced myself im going to lose the baby, or that ive had a missed miscarriage :-( . im convinced im going to go for a scan on monday and be told my babys gone for the 2nd time. has anyone got any similar stories where everything's been fine just to reassure me abit?
