Is this enough of an emergency to call my husband, who is underway?

So my husband has been underway for a week and he still has exactly one week to go. I have been staying with my parents, who lo and behold started another argument all because they basically can't tell me what to do, or ground me. (I kid you not, if you knew them you would understand, and yes they have kicked me out on the streets before and we literally just got back on speaking terms) They have tried to take my son away from us before when we had visited all because they were too attached to let him go and seriously, they tried to say it was because 5 or 6 years ago when i was in my teens I was a bit wild, but I have grown up since then and don't party AT ALL anymore. So anyways I have me and my 9 month old son that they are trying to kick out on the street and I have ABSOLUTELY no where where else to go, I'm 300 miles from home with no car and no one else to help me! I'm completely going to be stranded by morning and I'm freaking out! I really don't want to have to call his command, and I have no idea how I would even go about this but I don't know what else to do! I can't exactly be stranded on the streets with a 9 month old for a week. And they're the type of people who will try to take my son from me for absolutely no reason besides the fact that they are CRAZY!! I seriously regret ever coming back here and giving them another chance and now I'm afraid. What do I do and who do I contact?!?!?!
