Can i miss my period bc of pregancy and it not show up on a HPT?

so i had my last period january 10th. this was my first period after a miscarriage in early december, and my husband is in the navy and went underway right after that period. i dont think he got me pregnant before then. last weekend (the 11th-the 12th of january) we tried to get pregnant. i was do for my period that sunday/monday (jan 13/14) and i still havent gotten it. it is now february 20th. im having no symptoms of period or pregnancy. ive taken 3 home tests in the last week and they were all negative. is it possible it is too soon to show up on a test but i still missed my period because of it?
