How Many Weeks Pregnant Do I Tell People That I Am? ?

My Last Period Was May 1st. I Found Out Over A Week Ago That Im Pregnant. But Im Confused Wheather Im Five Weeks Five Days Pregnant Or Three Weeks Five Days. My Question Is: To Add My Weeks Up Do I Count From My LMP Or The Babys Growth? If Its From Five Weeks Five Days That Will Be From My Last Period. Or Am I Three Weeks Five Days? What Do I Tell People? Five Weeks Five Days Or Three Weeks Five Days? Help! :)
