MY husband has hidden pic in a folder on his phone?

It was of Him and a girl and a cheerleader outfit that covered like almost nothing and He is obviously drunk in the picture. Yes I know the chances of him sleeping with this girl isn't likely but this is the second time he's been on deployment or underway and pics like this have surfaced. Should I be worried that he's cheating and how do I confront him about the picture
