When is the best time for me to take a pregnancy test?

My LMP was 21st not sure what my cycle is but im thinking I ovulated around 5th or so. My period would have been due on June 18th if I have a 28 day cycle and would be due today if a 30 day cycle so when is the best time for me to take a test that it will be positive if I am indeed pregnant?
